Leading the way is the debut of The 1900 Food Hall & Rooftop Bar, a modern culinary hub replacing the longtime International Village. Curated by James Beard-nominated chef Mitch Mayers, this elevated dining experience brings six unique eateries under one roof—plus a scenic rooftop bar—offering something for every craving.
The 1900 Food Hall is open during Fair operating hours and the Rooftop Bar opens at 12:00 pm on Fair days.
