Fair food is taking a bold step forward in 2025 with an exciting lineup of new restaurants and food vendors, blending nostalgic flavors, global influences, and innovative concepts. Leading the way is the debut of The 1900 Food Hall & Rooftop Bar, a modern culinary hub replacing the longtime International Village. Curated by James Beard-nominated chef Mitch Mayers, this elevated dining experience brings six unique eateries under one roof—plus a scenic rooftop bar—offering something for every craving.

The 1900 Food Hall is open during Fair operating hours and the Rooftop Bar opens at 12:00 pm on Fair days.
