Please complete the following application(s) to be considered as a performer for the Spring and/or State Fairs. This online application process should only take about 10 minutes to complete. Please note that this is a rolling application, and your application will remain on file.

Community Group Application: This is for acts and performance groups looking to showcase their talent without a performance fee. These acts typically perform on the Showplace Stage.

Grounds Entertainment Application: This is for acts and performance groups that require a performance fee. These performances typically take place on the Outpost 47 Stage, Coca-Cola Stage, Family Fun Stage, or as strolling acts and attractions.
