Yes, early bird prices end Oct. 31, 2025. Prices increase Nov. 1, but you’ll still save more buying online.
It is encouraged to buy for a specific day. The only Any Day tickets still available, are the Platinum Tickets.

Yes, there is a family 4-pack available. If you have more than 4 people in your family, we suggest buying the 4-pack then adding extra individual platinum tickets. If you’re coming on a specific day and your extra ticket/s just need to be admission only, you can add standard tickets instead.
Yes, we offer a discounted admission ticket for members of the military each Friday of Holiday Magic. Please be prepared to show valid ID upon entering the event.
Yes, that is a different event occurring at our venue.
Go to Blue Gate and you can purchase tickets for the other event and enter from that area.
The main parking and entry for Holiday Magic is in the Green Lot and Green Gate on the west side of the grounds (same side as the Classic Coaster/Giant Slide.) Additional parking and entry will be available all operating hours of the event, in the Blue Lot and at the Blue Gate.
Nope! Parking is FREE.
3D glasses will be available for pick up at Guest Services inside each gate.
Yes, they will be available for purchase at the Light Up Store.

Yes, we partner with KultureCity and have a Sensory Shed on-site where guests can get a private, quiet reprieve. This area also has sensory tools.
No, the footprint of the event covers the south end of the grounds – it is also fully walkable ADA-accessible

Nope! The train, Ferris wheel, castle and merry-go-round are included with your admission purchase.
It is highly recommended, if you really want to skate, since availability is limited. You will select a specific day you want to skate and reserve that. It saves you money too!
On-site sales will be offered based on availability. But pre-sold online sales will have priority.
Yes, rental is included in the price of the skate session.
You may bring your own skates. We recommend the blades are extra sharp for the best experience on the Glice. There’s not a discount, as it’s a set fee that includes skating and rental.
Designed by Swiss scientists, Glice® is an ice alternative used world-wide by professional Hockey leagues and skating athletes during training seasons. Glice® provides an authentic skating experience on real ice skates without the worries of walking away cold and wet.
We recommend dressing warm, possibly in layers as this event is both indoors and outdoors, in December.
Yes, there will be delicious food and cozy drinks.
No, the bar is for ages 21 and up only. But the bar is located in between an all-ages seating area and ice skating. You’re also allowed to walk around inside AgriPlex with beer and wine.
The market features vendors selling products that will make for great holiday gifts…or to enjoy yourself! It is located in the AgriPlex.
Yes! Santa, Mrs. Claus and their friends will be hanging out inside Santa’s Clubhouse. Head over for a meet-and-greet with all of them!
They are two separate events, but the Fair will be a participant in the parade, in downtown Puyallup. You can watch, wave and then come enjoy Holiday Magic!
We offer corporate and group rates and amenities. Please contact groupsales@thefair.com if you’re interested in booking your party, at our party!
Comfort animals and family pets are not allowed on fair campus property. Service Animals are welcome throughout the facility. Initial screening will take place at all fair entrance gates.
Make sure your event planner has given you the location of your party, then stop by a guest services booth inside the gates upon arrival, and a staff member will give you directions to your building.
We will have a very limited number of wheelchairs available to borrow while at the event. These will be located at the Guest Services booths, on a first-come first-served basis. There are no scooters available.
