The Washington State Fair Foundation has been a long-standing investor in the academic achievements of students throughout our state for decades. Since the inception of the Blue Ribbon Scholarship program in 1991, over $2.4 million worth of scholarships have been awarded to high school seniors and adult learners pursuing scholastic success. In 2026, it is our goal to continue uplifting and promoting the power of education.

The 28th Annual Round Up Auction will be held on August 7, 2026. In the coming year, we will award $250,000 to students throughout Washington with funding generated by this incredible effort. Saddles & Sunsets will be a gathering of community-minded individuals who truly care about our students, and we hope you will join us at this event and celebrate the future of student education!

Registration
All guests will be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in for a seamless experience. Should you choose to cash out at the end of the evening, checks will be accepted, but we won’t have any cash on hand.

The Round Up Auction is a ticketless event; admission is by reservation only, and guests must be 21 years or older.

Attire
Dressy casual/Western attire is appropriate and don’t forget your White Hat!
