BECU’S WASHINGTON STATE FAIR EXPERIENCE GIVEAWAY ENTER TO WIN - OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ENTRYEnter to win by completing the entry form located at https://forms.office.com/r/dFyJ7yhUXk . Entries must be received by 8/23/2026 AT 11:59 PM PST. PRIZES One (1) winner will receive four (4) Admission passes, $60.00 Food Bucks, eight (8) Ride Tickets and additional Washington State Fair swag valued at $300.00. Fifteen (15) runner up winners will each receive four (4) Admission passes for the Washington State Fair valued at $80.00 Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: [$1,500.00] Cash will not be awarded in lieu of tickets. No purchase necessary to win and a purchase will not increase odds of winning. LIMITATIONS Only one entry per person. Must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older and must enter by completing and submitting the form of entry mentioned above. Employees or agents of BECU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Washington State Fair, Facebook or Instagram. WINNERSSixteen (16) winners will be randomly selected by a drawing conducted on 8/25/26 from all entries received between 8/10/26 through 8/23/26, at 11:59 PM PT and you need not be present to win. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winners will be notified by email or phone no later than the end of business 8/25/26 and will have 48 hours from date of notification to contact BECU, complete a BECU claim form or other documents as necessary, and provide them to Affinity Partnerships Department. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, declines the prize, is determined ineligible, fails to comply with these requirements or otherwise be unable to accept the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize, and it will go to the first selected alternate. For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to BECU, Attn: Affinity Partnerships, P.O. Box 97050, Seattle, WA 98124-9750.TAX OBLIGATIONS Any and all taxes assessed on the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. CONDITIONS By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of BECU, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating, entrants release BECU, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, claims, losses, damages, liabilities or injuries of any kind caused by participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to compensatory, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, loss of data, income or profit, loss of damage to property, and claims of third parties. BECU is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose) in fact or in law, relative to the Enter to Win. BECU reserves the right, in their discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if any problem prevents the promotion from running as planned. Entrants agree to release and hold BECU harmless from and against any claim associated with the promotion. BECU is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical, ordinary, or common errors in mistakes that may prevent the promotion from running as planned, including applicant entries that may be lost, stolen, or misplaced. BECU reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available. In the event of printing, production, or other error where more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, in no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph and statements by BECU for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. PRIVACY Information collected in connection with the Enter to Win will be used solely for administration of the Enter to Win and otherwise handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of the participating organizations. ARBITRATION Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Enter to Win, entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Enter to Win, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant.
