Box Office Info
- Will Call
All will call tickets are held at the Washington State Fair Events Center Box Office window outside the Gold Gate, located on the corner of 9th Ave SW & Meridian. Photo ID is required for pick-up.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Ticket Resale
On-site resale or attempted resale of concert or gate admission tickets is against venue policy and is grounds for seizure or cancellation of ticket without refund or other compensation.
- Unauthorized Ticket Agents
The Washington State Fair Events Center does not guarantee tickets purchased from an unauthorized ticket agency (i.e. stubhub.com, tickets sold on the street, etc). Tickets bought from an unauthorized ticket agency cannot be guaranteed and will be null and void if duplicate tickets are presented at the event.
- Ticket Fees
All tickets purchased online will be subject to a convenience fee (fee ranges from $1.00 - $15.00 per ticket, depending on ticket price), a $4.50 service fee per ticket, and a $2.00 processing fee per order.
All tickets purchased through the call center will be subject to a convenience fee (fee ranges from $1.00- $15.00 per ticket, depending on ticket price), a $4.50 service fee per ticket, plus a $4.00 processing fee per order.
All tickets purchased in-person at the Box Office will be subject to $4.50 service fee per ticket.
- Delivery Fees
Tickets purchased online or through the call center will be subject to the following delivery fee schedule. We recommend utilizing the complimentary print at home option to minimize fees.
- Print at Home - Free
- Will Call - $4.00 (can be picked up during Box Office hours at the corner of 9th Ave SW & Meridian)
- Regular Mail - $4.00 (It takes roughly 7 days to receive mail orders. If there is an issue, please contact the call center at 888-559-3247)
If you require a ticket re-print onsite, a $5 printing fee will be assessed.
- Mobile Tickets
The Washington State Fair can scan tickets on mobile devices for any online ticket purchases. However, if your screen is broken or damaged and the barcode cannot be read by the scanner, you will need to provide a different form of ticket for scanning.
If you require your tickets to be printed onsite because they won't scan on your mobile device, a $5 printing fee will be assessed.
