On December 22, 2015, after being treated for a lacrosse concussion, Camron was diagnosed with DIPG — Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma and given 2 months to live. After decisions were made to seek both mainstream and alternative treatments, Camron fought his battle for 27 months.​On March 10, 2018, Camron’s 18th birthday, he met his heavenly Father with angels surrounding him.
