Welcome to the Commercial Exhibits and Concessions Department. We are happy to assist the vendors and commercial exhibitors to make the Puyallup Spring Fair and the Puyallup Fair experience more enjoyable.

We accept applications for Commercial Exhibit and Concession space year-round. The Puyallup Fair offers two opportunities each year to exhibitors. These are the Puyallup Spring Fair, a four-day event occurring mid-April, and the Puyallup Fair, a seventeen-day event that takes place during September.

We do have an extensive exhibitor list that is evaluated for each event. (Participation in the Spring Fair does not guarantee acceptance in the Fall Fair, but those participating may be given preference, depending upon product or services offered.) At the present time we are not accepting applications for Food/Beverage vendors.
