Something is Blossoming at the Puyallup Fair

Puyallup, WA – August 19, 2009 – Stop and see what’s blossoming at the Puyallup Fair’s floral shows, Sept.11-27 in the Floral Building. The show will feature floral demonstrations, along with fresh flowers and plants competing in a variety of categories.

Watch the results unfold, as judges award prizes according to arrangement, quality, condition, variety and finish.

Visitors are invited to enjoy floral demonstrations as well as receive tips and pointers from experts on how to care and show plants. Floral entries will be displayed in the Floral Building near the Red Gate.

The Puyallup Fair first started in 1900. This Pacific Northwest tradition is one of the top ten fairs in the world in attendance, and features big name entertainment, the PRCA Rodeo, rides, exhibits, food, flowers, and animals.
