Jason Aldean Concert Tickets Added at Puyallup Fair

Tickets to Sept. 11 concert only go on sale August 26, 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster

Puyallup, WA – August 25, 2009 – Due to unprecedented demand for tickets to see Jason Aldean perform in person on opening night of the Puyallup Fair, additional tickets will go on sale starting tomorrow, Wednesday, August 26 at 10 a.m. for the arena floor, standing room only. These are concert only tickets (rodeo not included) for Friday, Sept. 11 at 9 p.m.

Country music fans who love “She’s Country,” “Hicktown,” and “Why” have been quickly purchasing tickets for the combination Puyallup Pro Rodeo and concert. The new tickets going on sale are for the concert only, and are located right in front of the stage. Attendees should put on their boots and get down in the dirt!

Tickets to the Jason Aldean concert only on Friday, Sept. 11 at 9 p.m. are $30, and include gate admission to the Puyallup Fair. They are available for sale starting at 10 a.m. sharp on Wednesday, August 26 at all Ticketmaster outlets, or www.thefair.com. This is part of the Columbia Bank’s Puyallup Fair Concert Series.

Jason Aldean has taken the country music world by storm since his self titled was released three years ago. Between that album and his second, Relentless, he has sold two million copies. His third album with Broken Bow Records, titled Wide Open, will be released on April 7th.

Growing up in Macon, Georgia, Aldean got the inspiration for his first single, “Hicktown.” The song broke through a crowded field, capturing the Academy of Country Music Award for Top New Male Vocalist and earning a gold album just 12 weeks after the debut’s release.

Aldean has been topping the charts with five smash hits, as well as racking up award nominations. His highly anticipated third album includes “She’s Country,” the fastest rising single of his career to date. The single was introduced at the CMA Awards last November.
