Puyallup Fair’s Fiestas Patrias Offers Sizzling Entertainment on Sept. 20
Puyallup, WA – Sept. 2, 2009 – The Puyallup Fair is celebrating Latino traditions and its lively culture at Fiestas Patrias on Sunday, Sept. 20, from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Revel in the independence of Central and South American countries by coming together to share the festivities and excitement well known in the Latino culture.
The colorful affair will feature Latin entertainment ranging from traditional mariachi bands to folkloric dancers, and well-known groups heard on the radio. This year’s entertainment lineup includes the following groups:
11 a.m. – 12 p.m. Bailadores de Bronce and Mariachi Ayutla
12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Riveras Musical
1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Alex Rey
2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Banda Vagos
3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Isabela
4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tremendos de Mexico
5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Polo Urias
6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Yonics
7 p.m. to 8 p.m. El Potro de Sinaloa
8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Patrulla 81
The holiday tradition will come alive with additional vendors, artisans, kids’ activities, authentic cuisine, and dancing. Entrance to Fiestas Patrias is free with gate admission.
