Welcome to the Vendor Services Department. We are happy to assist the vendors and commercial exhibitors to make the Washington State Fair and the Spring Fair experience more enjoyable.

We accept applications for Commercial Exhibit and Concession space year-round. The Washington State Fair offers two opportunities each year to exhibitors. These are the Spring Fair, a four-day event occurring mid-April, and the Washington State Fair, a seventeen-day event that takes place during September.

We do have an extensive exhibitor list that is evaluated for each event. (Participation in the Spring Fair does not guarantee acceptance in the Washington State Fair, but those participating may be given preference, depending upon product or services offered).

If you are interested in product sampling opportunities or a presence at the Washington State Fair for less than 17 days, please contact the Sponsorship Department.
