Who is Quigley?

Quigley is the official Washington State Spring Fair mascot, symbolizing the big fun that awaits at Washington’s largest celebration of spring. Quigley made his official debut at the Spring Fair in April 2014. The name Quigley was selected from over 1,300 name entries submitted by Spring Fair fans. Terri Laclef of Washington submitted the winning name.
