Map Code: 20EBudding artists who entered their works of art in the Puyallup Fair Foundation's Korum Arts Scholorship competition will be on display. Take a look at the winning entries, many created by seniors from Emerald Ridge, Puyallup, Rogers, Sumner, Bonney Lake, Orting, Walker and Cascade Christian high schools. The scholorships awarded total $3,500.

Today, Miniature Horses are used to drive, show (halter, jumping, obstacles), as therapy animals, and as pets. Miniature horses require about 1/3 the feed and housing of a full size horse, and with their quiet temperaments and small size, they are easily handled by children and elderly or handicapped adults.

Drop by and ask questions about the animals and learn about caring for farm animals located in Barn N and M. Each student will squeeze in time to groom their animals for blue ribbon honors, too. The auction is on Sunday, so make a point to catch this fast-moving event. Proceeds go towards 4-H and FFA projects.
