Sponsorship Levels & Packages

  • Major Sponsor
    Fair time components would be named for your company with a host of supporting exposure. Average rights fee—$125,000 annually; two-year minimum term. Includes Fall Fair, with the option to negotiate for Spring Fair, and category exclusivity.
  • Official Sponsor
    Category exclusivity on high-visibility sponsored attraction.  Average rights fee—$50,000 annually; two-year term. Includes Fall Fair, with the option to negotiate for Spring Fair. 
  • Sponsor 
    Exposure would be on a suitable attraction around which you can build a powerful marketing platform. Average rights fee—$20,000 annually, one-year term.

Emcee Announcements
Recognizing your sponsorship to the attraction’s audience.

Program Recognition
You may be included in schedules, be listed, or receive logo ID next to a feature article.

A listing, banner ad, interactive section and/or hotlink and logo ID.

Tickets and Hospitality
VIP parking passes, gate passes, ride tickets, concert tickets, catered receptions, etc.

Many Ways to Sample

  1. One sampling location.  Includes space (not fixtures) and opportunity to set up proprietary or themed attraction to draw consumers to sample your product.  $2,500 & up per location per day
  2. Sponsor an attraction that reaches your target audience.  Includes signage and a sampling location close to your sponsored attraction.  $14,000 & up
  3. Sample at our busy gates.  Includes the opportunity to reach Fairgoers as they come and go.  $2,500 & up per gate per day

Sampling Prices
Sample one product at one or more of our FOUR busy gates or set up a sampling booth in the heart of the Fairgrounds. You can come in for any combination of the 17-day Fair. Prices are set per location.

Mondays through Thursdays

  • $1,000 per day per gate or 10 x 10 booth location (minimum $2,500)  

Fridays through Sundays

  • $2,000 per day per gate or 10 x 10 booth location (minimum $5,000) 

Prices are based on the sampling of ONE product. Prices for the entire 17-day run may be negotiated.
