Saturday, Sept. 22

Join us for this 5K, non-competitive Walk that benefits Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. It will celebrate survivors and champion breast cancer awareness.

You’ll not only walk for a good cause, but have loads of FUN! Get creative and decorate a bra to wear over your commemorative t-shirt! As you walk, you’ll get a preview of the Puyallup Fair so you can go back and take it all in at a leisurely pace after the walk, since registration includes Fair gate admission.

Get Involved!

Breast cancer will affect 1 in 8 women in their lifetime, according to the American Cancer Society. You can help raise funds to create awareness, increase outreach efforts, educate, and help families dealing with breast cancer by participating in the first annual Do the Puyallup Walk to Beat Breast Cancer! There are two ways to be involved:

Walk

Volunteer

Walk in the non-competitive 5k event to honor and celebrate survivors, and champion breast cancer awareness!  The walk will take place around the Puyallup Fair and is a rain or shine event.

If you would like to volunteer for the event, please email Courtney at chutyler@fisherradio.com. We're interested in individuals OR groups -- minimum volunteer age is 8 (although anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).
