Animals Galore
Washington Shepherds’ Extravaganza, Pygmy Goat Show, Dexter Cattle Display, Junior Heifer Angus Show, Miniature Horse Exhibit, Llama Exhibit, and of course, the Fair Farm. FREE!

Diversity Celebration

The 13th annual Puyallup School District Diversity Celebration will be held all four days of Spring Fair. This is a time of sharing, learning, and showcasing the artwork, essays, poems and other works based on culturally relevant curriculum. FREE!

This exciting sport challenges dogs to dash down a specially built 40-foot canine runway and jump headlong into a large portable swimming pool filled with 27,000 gallons of water. The longest distance jump wins! Enjoy the spectacular abilities of these amazing dogs. Young children love DockDogs! FREE!

Face Painting
Children love to have their face painted with a design of their choice, and parents love the price—FREE of charge—by Merry Makers.

Fiesta de Don Andres, Dancing Horses (Friday – Sunday):
Featuring Ramon Mejia and friend’s dancing horses, Mexican food, music, mariachi, Escaramusas and MC Adriana Perezchica. The dancing horses will amaze all members of the family.

Food Drive Opening Day
Thursday only is the Puyallup Food Bank food drive. Donations will help our neighbors in need. Barrels for donations are inside all the gates. It is recommended that kids taking advantage of Free Kids’ Thursday gate admission bring a non-perishable food donation.

We have two FREE stages with great family friendly entertainment:  Coca-Cola Stage and Showplace Stage. There are kid-friendly strolling entertainers around the Fair, too.

Fun on the Farm
Kids will love this FREE interactive Spring Fair attraction, featuring farm activities, agriculture displays, and adorable baby animals to touch and see including bunnies, sheep, goats, chickens and more. It's both fun and educational! Free with Spring Fair admission. Highlights include:

KidZone is a building dedicated to kids, featuring: Creative Kids Exhibit, FFA Ag Science Contest, Kids Can Cook, and Master Gardeners for Kids.

  • Creative Kids Exhibit
    This pre-registered exhibit showcases the talents of children, ages 6-15 years. Divisions include:  art, baking, creative writing, photography, textiles, bird houses/bird feeders, paper crafts and scrapbooking, and an egg drop contest. Last year 1,592 entries were submitted. FREE!

  • FFA Agriculture Science Contest
    High school FFA students, largely from across western Washington demonstrate their agriculture skills and enter several hundred exhibits, including: aquaculture, horticulture, natural resources, landscape, agriculture science, agriculture mechanics, educational displays and presentations. Agriculture science winners move on to national competition in the fall. FREE!

  • Kids Can Cook – NEW!
    Cooking shows and demonstrations are not just for adults any more! Celebrity Chef Dianne Linderman, warmly known as “the kid magnet,” brings 30 years of expertise in working with kids to this show. It is a fascinating and interactive program with eight work stations for kids. They are introduced to fun and simple recipes for delicious healthy farm fresh menu items and snacks. FREE!

  • Master Gardeners for Kids
    While master gardeners have a wealth of knowledge about Pacific Northwest gardens, they are also equally excited to share their love of gardening with kids. The master gardeners will be helping young ones plant a seed that they can take home. FREE!

KMPS Showcase Concert
KMPS 94.1 FM is presenting Jordan Rager, an up-and-coming country artist (single with Jason Aldean, “Southern Boy”) who will perform on stage. First come, first seated.

Latino Shows
If you love Latino entertainment, you’re in luck! You’ll discover music and dancing with these three groups:  Folklore Mexicano Tonantzin, Explosion Musical de Mexico, and La Potencia de Mexico. FREE!

Military Appreciation Day

Monster Truck Pit Party
FREE pit party for Monster Truck Show ticket holders to see the trucks up close and meet the drivers.

Northwest Livestock Show and Sale
Drop by and talk with 4-H and FFA students from eastern and western Washington who have been raising their steers, hogs and lambs that will be shown. The students are responsible for the care, grooming, feeding and training of their animals. FREE!

Northwest Jr. Poultry Expo
This show promotes Washington state agriculture, economic growth, ecology, and education by providing an opportunity for the state’s youth to display poultry-related projects developed by FFA, 4-H and open class exhibitors. FREE!

Poster Competition – Puyallup School District
Students in many second grade and junior high art classes participated in a poster project with the Spring Fair in Puyallup. See the ribbon-winning posters. FREE!

Slamfest Pit Party
FREE pit party where Slamfest ticket holders can see what’s left of the smashed up cars, and meet the drivers.

STEM Showcase
This is the third year of Puyallup School District’s STEM Showcase, showing the skills of students in science, technology, engineering and math. FREE!

Swifty Swine Racing Pigs
This ever-popular pig racing contest is presented by Reber Ranch. Watch pigs shoot out of the gate, hoping to be the first one to finish and win an Oreo cookie. Sponsor:  Reber Ranch. FREE!

TimberWorks Lumberjack Show – NEW!
This FREE show is best described as Paul Bunyan meets modern-day lumberjack athletes. World renowned athletes clad in checkered shirts and steel-toed boots take part in ax throwing, log rolling, cross cut sawing, hot sawing and chainsaw carving. You’ll learn about lumberjacks in logging camps in the early days in Washington.
Thursday:  3:30, 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.

Tot Spot
Toddlers and their parents are ready for some good ol’ all-American fun in this area created with small ones in mind!

  • AG-Ventureland
    Who knew that learning could be so fun? Kids of all ages will learn about agriculture and animals in various stations, including:  Wools of the World, pony saddling, corn and bean play boxes, Animal Facts, pedal tractors, and more. FREE!

  • Mother Goose Magic Show – NEW!
    Fun, funny and exciting, a Mother Goose magic show is fast-paced, energetic, and full of audience participation. Messages of manners, attitude, reading, and more are gently incorporated into this show. Mixed-up rhymes, stories and a live bunny are also part of the fun. FREE!

Water Duck Run
Big and little kids alike will love this FREE interactive fun. It really is old fashion fun with water pumps and channels of water to carry rubber ducks from one end to the other. It’s up to you. You can slowly use the water pump, letting your ducky take a leisurely float, or see who can get their duck to the end of the run the fastest.

Monster Truck Rides

Slamfest Demolition Derby
See demolition derby action at its finest! Promoter Evergreen Speedway/High Road Promotions brings to the audience Figure 8s, Derby Heat Races and Slamfest (the last car standing wins). Fireworks follows Saturday’s show. American Daredevils reality TV star, Mr. Dizzy will perform stunts at both shows. The Sunday show features the Inaugural Boat Bash, where large cars drag boats, for a bash you won’t soon forget! All seats reserved.
