ABOUT THE ARTISTS
In 2013, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame honored the talents and contribution of the original six members of HEART: Ann and Nancy Wilson, Howard Leese, Roger Fisher, Steve Fossen and Mike Derosier. Heart By Heart’s mission is simple – to create music that is authentic, passionate, and true to HEART’s original recordings. After all, Fossen and Derosier, who were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013 as members of HEART, would never do the music any injustice.
The Spazmatics: The Ultimate 80’s New Wave Show, bringing all the awesome songs and geeky dance steps from the 80′s decade that you wished you had forgotten. Complete with high-water pants, pocket-protectors and nerdy glasses, The Spazmatics recapture all the best of the worst. Outstanding musicianship- combined with creative flair and style- makes for pure energy and entertainment.
Forty years after his death, Jimi Hendrix is still leaving an impact on the music world. The 2010 release of Valleys of Neptune, a collection of previously unreleased studio recordings, rocketed Hendrix to number four on the Billboard 200 Chart, making it the highest-charting album of his career. While the legend of this true “guitar hero” lives on, no one celebrates it more than the remarkable Randy Hansen. Hansen has acquired himself quite a reputation as one of the best Hendrix impersonators and is one of the few players officially recognized by the Hendrix family.
*Food and drink tickets can only be used at designated vendors in the Grandstand area on Sept. 4.
