How do I install an application?

  • For the iOS app, you can install the app through iTunes. Just click this link to get directed to the Washington State Fair app through iTunes.
  • For the Android app, you can instal the app through the Google Play store. Just click this link to get directed to the Washington State Fair app through Google Play.


I downloaded the app but later upgraded my phone. How do I get it back on my device?

  • Simply go back to iTunes or Google Play and you can install it again. Be sure that you’re signed in on the same account.


My app won't launch- I just see a loading wheel.

  • Check your Internet connection, and make sure your device isn't accidentally connecting to an unauthorized Wi-Fi hot spot. Try opening a web browser to make sure you can connect to the Internet, then relaunch the app and try again.

I'm not seeing notifications. How do I fix that?

  • Make sure your app is updated, and you allow notifications.
